Who we are

Information you give us

When you join the pilot or ask for a walkthrough, the form asks for your name, email address and company, and an optional note. We use them only to reply to you and to talk with you about Vert.

The form is delivered to the founders' inbox by email, sent through Resend. Your name and email address are never sent to our analytics. The company name is recorded alongside the anonymous conversion event, so we can tell which visits led to an enquiry.

If you book a call, the booking is made through Calendly and is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do this without tracking cookies:

• PostHog, hosted in the European Union, runs in cookieless mode: it stores nothing in your browser, and counts unique visitors with a hash computed on PostHog's servers. It records page views, clicks and session replays of how pages are used, with every form field masked.
• Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and referrers. It sets no cookies.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers log requests, including IP addresses, as any web host does. Our form uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to limit spam submissions; it is not stored.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing vansh@vertfinance.tech.
